What is Ambient Wonder?

Ambient Wonder are seeking to surprise one another with the creativity of God. We try to find a meeting place between meditative traditions, our daily lives, and the spirituality in our culture as we explore our Christian faith. We attempt to be the stranger on the road, accosting travellers with the presence of Christ.

 

 

We meet two weeks before the event to plan together eating pizza and wine – it's relaxed, informal and fun while releasing us to be creative and thoughtful. Everyone who is interested in the theme or topic can be part of the planning: there is no pressure to do anything at the event if you don't want to. It's useful to have lots of different perspectives and input from many sources. There's also no assumption that you'll come to every event just because you've come to a planning meeting!
